All services are for therapeutic purposes only. Please do not contact Refined Body + Wellness Oasis if you are seeking any kind of illegal/inappropriate sexual or erotic/sensual services.

Gratuity:

Cash gratuity, is welcome and appreciated by all of our wellness practitioners.

Cancellation:

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic $35 late-cancellation fee. In the event of a no show, the cost of your FULL SESSION will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.

Scheduling:

Services are by appointment only. Please call 870-686-7707 to schedule your appointment. You may also schedule via e-mail at refindedoasis@gmail.com or on your own by Clicking Here (Appt link).

RETURN POLICY​
No refunds are made at any time for products, service packages, classes, and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Refined Body + Wellness Oasis within 90 days from original purchase date.

SHIPPING POLICY
Refined Body + Wellness Oasis DOES NOT ship products purchased in store or online. Products and services can ONLY be received at our store location at this time.

TREATMENT OUTCOMES​
Refined Body + Wellness Oasis is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you! ​

REVISION OF TREATMENT OR TREATMENT OF COMPLICATIONS
The practice of aesthetics is not an exact science. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.

RIGHTS RESERVED​
Refined Body + Wellness Oasis will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.

PRACTICE-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP​
We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
